Michelle Englert Joins APR San Francisco Office

Michelle has been selling real estate since 2000, covering both San Francisco and the San Francisco Peninsula, and joins APR from Coldwell Banker Menlo Park, previously Cashin Company. Pairing her comprehensive knowledge of today's market with her expert marketing, business and negotiating skills, Michelle has earned an unparalleled reputation and history of success throughout her real estate career. As the granddaughter of Peninsula real estate pioneer Emmet J. Cashin, Jr., and the niece of founder and President of Cashin Company, Skip Cashin, Michelle is proud to continue the Cashin family tradition of selling real estate.
Michelle's grandfather, Emmet J. Cashin, Jr., was the former owner and president of Fox & Carskadon Realtors, and a major force behind the residential and commercial development of the San Francisco Peninsula. Under his stewardship, Fox & Carskadon grew to become the nation's largest independent brokerage, handling many of the Bay Area's most significant real estate developments.


Michelle's family has deep roots in San Francisco and the Peninsula tracing back 6 generations. Born and raised in Atherton and a current resident of San Francisco, Michelle has an extensive knowledge of the area and the surrounding local communities.
Her community involvement includes tutoring inner-city school children, assisting athletes in Special Olympics, helping senior citizens and the homeless, organizing and participating in fundraising for Alzheimer's Research, and working with many other local charities. Michelle was an active member of the Junior League of Palo Alto - Mid Peninsula from 2004-2011, and a sustaining member from 2011 forward. She has worked on the Gala, Membership Outreach, Shop, Shelter Network and Children's Place committees.


Michelle is associated with the San Francisco Association of Realtors and the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, having served as a Menlo Park & Atherton District Council member from 2004 -2007, and was nominated to be the 2007 District Chair Elect and the 2008 District Chair. Michelle has also earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and ePRO designations.
